Chow On The Prowl

Just to inform you that I am finally became annoying enough (I keep bugging them) to get the management to up my pay. But I'm not happy with it at all. Though it improves my spending power (by a little), it is still not a fair increment. I'm only getting what the new girl is getting. Grrr........ Am opening my eyes for new opportunities.

did they say when is the next review? if you know they are not going to increase it in near time, just hop to another company that appreciates you better.
